Items may be returned in exchange for store credit to the same value. You must contact us at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving the item. Items must be returned in new condition, with tags still attached. Please note that postage costs are non-refundable.

We currently only ship within Australia.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. We charge a $10 flat rate for all domestic orders. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the Australian Postal Service.
